As China's market economy globalization, the competition between enterprises has changed the pattern, by the simple commodity competition into supply chain competition. The stand or fall of cost control directly influence on the total costs of the supply chain, so it is a very important link in the supply chain inventory cost control. The initial inventory control is aimed at a single enterprise, But it's an integrated system, so it can't solve the problem of cost control by using the initial inventory control method to control inventory cost. Multistage inventory cost control is the original method which is improved, it can be unified for all supply chain resources of global deployment, through the optimization of the global cost of supply chain to optimize the total cost, using the method of optimizing all the nodes of the supply chain inventory is used to finishing the global optimization of supply chain.First of all, this paper analysis of the research status of the inventory cost both at home and abroad, and the supply chain inventory structure and the factors that affect inventory cost structure. Aiming at supply chain inventory cost control problem, it puts forward the model of introducing time cost to multi-echelon inventory cost, the model adopts conmonly division methods and is divided into supply network, core producer and distribution network, and use a multi-item, who consider the stock total time, transport time of supplier to core producer, transport time of core producer to distributor and transport time of core producer storage products in the time cost, and convert it to time cost. The example model is solved by Immune genetic algorithm which Immune algorithm combines with genetic algorithm and improved particle swarm algorithm. Finally, comparison and analyzing the results of optimization, so it is verified the model can reduce inventory cost effectively.
