With the rapid development of the economy,the traditional competition among enterprises has evolved into the competition between the supply chain,and supply chain coordination has become an important impetus to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and create enterprise value.Inventory control is an important part of supply chain management,reducing the cost of inventory has an important role in the operation and development of enterprises.In the background of supply chain,the inventory integration of every node enterprise forms multi-level inventory.Starting from the overall study of inventory control,the formulation of inventory strategy can effectively improve the performance of the whole supply chain.At the same time,the traditional multilevel inventory optimization research mostly aims at the minimum cost and less consideration on the time factor.However,with the development of agile manufacturing and time competition,enterprises pay more attention to the concept of time.So the time cost is taken into account in multi-level inventory research is very necessary and has practical significance.In this paper,the multi-echelon inventory in the supply chain is taken as the object of study,the demand and the stochasticity of the lead time are taken as the research condition,and the inventory cost and the time cost as the research objectives,respectively.Model and set for the production and marketing in one of the three-tier inventory model.In terms of time parameters,the secondary inventory model mainly considers the inventory turnaround time,and the three-level inventory model makes a detailed division of the time structure,and the inventory model considers the inventory cost,the storage cost,the transportation cost and the shortage cost.Mainly divided into five parts:stocking time,transport and delay the transport time,production and delay in production time,inventory management time and out of stock loss time.In the method of model solving,the combination of immune GA,memory cell and genetic operator in immune algorithm can improve the accuracy and credibility of the algorithm,avoid premature convergence,and combine the examples and using MATLAB software to obtain reasonable and effective optimal solution.In order to verify the validity of the model constructed on the basis of the above conditions and the availability of the method,this paper collects the related background information of S Company and the enterprise related inventory data in the whole supply chain.According to the stochastic condition The three-echelon inventory model which aims at both cost and time optimization,and the solving steps of the immune genetic algorithm,sets the relevant parameters,finds the total cost of the inventory,and from solving the goal,solving method and weight distribution The result shows that the proposed model has advantages in reducing total inventory cost and optimizing inventory management strategy.It also validates the rationality and effectiveness of using immune genetic algorithm to solve such model.
