Study On The Risk Management Of Small-Micro Financial Credit Project Of China Minsheng Bank WF Branch

Since the role and status of small enterprises in the economic development of china are more and more important, the financial issue in the development of small enterprises receives more and more attention from all circles. This paper mainly researches how to make risk control on the credit of small enterprises for China Minsheng Bank WF branch.Firstly, this paper summarizes theory of small enterprises financing, pointing out reasons of financial problems of small enterprises and summarizing the issues of improving the ability to develop small business loan. Secondly, finds out the problems and reasons in the credit management on small enterprises of China Minsheng Bank WF branch through analysis of current circumstances of credit assets of this bank. Finally, as to China Minsheng Bank WF branch facing the problems in the credit business for small enterprises, this paper introduces successful international cases to deal with those problems and puts forward the responding counter-policies and suggestions to solve the problems of China Minsheng Bank WF branch.Conclusions of this study provide a useful reference for the future on regional commercial banks in the development of small micro-finance credit business, quickly occupied the regional market share and improve their yields at the same time, effectively improve the micro finance credit risk management capabilities and systems and science to build a small micro finance credit risk management system.
