Study On Small And Micro-enterprise Credit Risk Evaluation Of CMBC

With the development of society and economy,the small and micro-enterprises have been acting as the important role in China's economic development.Small and micro-enterprises provide many jobs for the society,meanwhile,create a huge social wealth,it is our country standing reserve,but also a basic lifeline and the cell of national economy.But financing difficulty is a long-term problem for small enterprises.It is significant to strengthen the commercial banks to the small and micro-enterprise financial support and the research of credit risk for small and micro-enterprise and the commercial banks.The scholars at home and abroad has made a lot of research results in the small and medium-sized enterprise credit characteristics,the cause of credit risk and management,standardized operation flow and credit risk measurement methods and so on,by reading a large number of references.However,domestic research of credit assessment should be based on the characteristics of small enterprises,considering the Chinese financial environment,data acquisition of credit risk,and the characteristics of credit risk in China.Therefore,this paper first introduces the research background and significance based on the characteristics of small enterprises in China,and researches on the actual situation of the development of small and micro credit business of commercial bank in our country,after mastering the concept of small and micro-enterprises,the definition of credit risk,the source of the credit risk and credit risk evaluation theory.This paper takes Minsheng bank as an example,it analyses the status quo of the small and micro credit risk assessments in Minsheng bank,and existing problems of risk evaluation system,including the limitations of indicators in the construction of credit evaluation system,the authenticity of financial data acquisition and the rationality of selecting indicators of risk and so on.On the basis of these problems,this paper proposes to build a new risk assessment system,which follows the principles of comprehensive,dynamic,and operability,also,selects 24 index from three levels of the macro?medium view and micro factors,by using the combined method of analytic hierarchy process and Delphi on the choice of index weight,and establishes hierarchical comprehensive evaluation model on index processing.At last,it takes the weighted average method to predict credit risk.In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model,it takes a small and micro enterprise in Hefei for example,it is concluded that the enterprise is not in conformity with small and credit business risk monitoring of Minsheng bank through calculation,this result is the same with the relevant provisions in actual measurement for the evaluation results of Minsheng bank.Therefore,it is accuracy and effectiveness of hierarchical comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the small and micro credit risk evaluation for the commercial banks.Although this paper builds a new comprehensive evaluation model of risk for Minsheng bank,some unpredictable factors can also lead to appear errors in the process of the actual credit risk evaluation,so it is not enough to reduce or avoid credit risk effectively only start from small and micro-enterprise credit risk evaluation system.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen small and micro credit risk management from several aspects,then,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: the construction of credit evaluation system,the improvement of the system of risk management,the rationality of the price risk,the sound of risk early warning mechanism,the innovation of small and micro-financial products and so on.At last,the deficiencies of this article are put forward.
