With the rapid increase of economy in China,auto industry has been developing quickly and the quantity of automobiles has became more and more huge,leading to the requirements of after-sales service which is very important for a companys' s growth.However,the after-sales service of automobile has just begun to develop in our country and the quality management system is still incomplete,resulting to market disorder,high price,low technical level and overall quality of staff during after-sales service.Therefor,construction of a perfect after-sale service quality management system is very helpful for an automobile sales company,even the whole auto industry.In this paper,according to the operating conditions and after-sale service quality management state in Jindao automobile sales company,we found many problems in this company,such as incompletion of after-sale service quality management,low overall quality of staffs,short of professional talents and high service price,which result to the decreasing satisfaction and loyalty in customs,and even lost of customs.These facts would finally infect the sales of this company.Based on the research of automobile after sale service quality management worldwide,using strategic management theory and service quality management theory,we investigated the Jindao automobile sales company.Applied the Service Quality Model,we presented a strategy to construct a quality management system of after-sale service for Jindao automobile sales company.we discussed 5 aspects to improve the necessity and feasibility of this strategy,including improve marketing management inside the company,set up vehicle quality assurance service,enhance vehicle maintenance service,automotive beauty decoration business,system integration,and innovation and development services.The disease in after-sale service of Jindao automobile sales company has been found and the complete after-sale quality management system of Jindao automobile sales company has been constructed in this paper,which is benefit for the company to raise a new idea of innovation service,change the service consciousness,practice perfect professional after-sale service,and increase customs' satisfaction.Meanwhile,this paper is helpful and meaningful to complete the automobile after-sale service theoretic in our country.
