In today's world economy,the characteristics of the service economy is more and more obvious and prominent.Increasing the proportion in national economy,the service becomes an important form in market economy developed countries,has become the national total output growth important force,the economic sustainable development.The competition between modern enterprises,has been provided by the enterprise competition between products into the competition between service,service quality has become one of the elements of enterprise core competitiveness.Our country has already entered the comprehensive construction well-off society and building a harmonious society and accelerating socialist modernization in the new historical stage,our country is in the midst of the strategic adjustment of economic structure of the important historical period.Therefore,vigorously promote the development of the service economy,is an inevitable requirement of national strategy implementation.It is under such background,this paper chose the S company's after-sales service quality in the domestic RFID industry as the research object in this paper.In this paper,the main research methods are:(1)literature research;(2)the combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis,mainly on the empirical analysis of research methods;(3)the method combining the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis.This research S company's after-sales service quality as the main research object,from the current situation of S company's after-sales service,by way of the questionnaire survey to prepare the SERVQUAL scale,master S company's after-sales service quality data,and then use four points graph model to analyze the information collected,find the problems of S company's after-sales service quality,find the root cause of the problem of S company's after-sales service quality management system optimization,formulate the corresponding improvement project of after-sales service,improve the quality of the company's after-sales service level.This article has carried on the evaluation of S company's after-sales service quality,and then according to the result of evaluation of S company's after-sales service quality existence question has carried on the comprehensive analysis,aiming at the problems the company introduction of process management,standardized management,and other management methods to improve the service quality management system and improve.
