With the advent of the information era in twenty-first Century,the science and technology of China has get rapid development,people's life is increasingly rich,and the survival environment and management environment of enterprise have become more complex and changeable.So leaders must change the traditional management mode,and the development of service leadership just cater to the characteristics of the times.Based on previous studies on service leadership,this paper discusses the relationship between service leadership,shared mental model and team effectiveness in our country's enterprise group.Firstly,service leadership,shared mental model and team effectiveness of related literature were largely collected and read,and scholars on the definition,dividing dimensions,antecedents and outcome variables were reviewed.Based on this,we established theoretical framework of this study and put forward the research hypothesis.Then,we designed the questionnaire,and get the data we want.The reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and regression analysis were used to analyze the valid data.The results showed that the service leadership has a significant positive correlation with the shared mental model and team effectiveness.In addition,the shared mental model plays an intermediary role in the process of service leadership to team effectiveness.Finally,according to the research conclusion and the enterprise actual situation,this paper put forward the corresponding management suggestion: 1.Improve the service leadership of introduction and cultivation,retention mechanism,in order to enable enterprises to produce more of the outstanding leader,to create greater value for the enterprise.2.Building team shared mental model.The enterprise can improve the communication channel,promote knowledge sharing behavior,training team trust and other mechanisms to promote the formation of shared mental model,after a long-term training and efforts,they will make a good psychological contract between team members,and thus greatly improve the operational efficiency of the team.
