During the development of information technology and economicglobalization, the organization needs to flexible enough to adapt to therequirements of lifting enterprise core competition. To cope with competition andtransformation swiftly, teamwork is becoming an important mode of operationwhich can increase the organization capability of flexibility. Among theantecedents of successful team building, team leadership is the central issue. Asan important form of leadership, shared leadership in team refers to a teamproperty whereby leadership is distributed among team members rather thanfocused on a single designated leader. The influence mechanism of sharedleadership on the team effectiveness plays an important role in constructing theeffective organization team. And in this study, we try to find out what is theinfluence mechanism of shared leadership. In accordance with questionnairesurvey and social network approach, we constructed theoretical model, and thenwe examined the influence of shared leadership on team effectiveness in a sampleof124teams in military. We get following results.Results:First of all, The degree of the shared leadership in a team is positivelyassociated with team satisfaction(r=0.668**). The degree of the shared leadershipin a team has a significant prediction effects on team performance(r=0.197*).In the second place, the degree of the shared leadership in a team ispositively associated with team learning(r=0.375***).The degree of the shared leadership in a team is positively associated with Group potency(r=0.285**)In the third place, team learning mediates the relationship between theshared leadership among team members and team satisfaction. The mediatoreffect of team learning between the shared leadership among team members andteam performance is not known to exist.In the last place, group potency mediates the relationship between the sharedleadership and team satisfaction. Group potency has the significantly mediatedeffect to the relation between the shared leadership and team performance.Conclusions:The shared leadership has a positive effect on Team performance. The teamwhich has high degree of shared leadership, the Team performance will be higher.The shared leadership among team members has a positive effect on teamsatisfaction. The team which has high degree of shared leadership, the memberswill have a higher satisfaction of their work. Team learning mediates therelationship between the shared leadership among team members and teamsatisfaction. Accompanied by the increase of communication and sharing amongteam members, the degree of the shared leadership can promote team learning,and then the team members can obtain a high level of job satisfaction. Grouppotency mediates the relationship between the shared leadership and teamsatisfaction. Group potency has the significantly mediated effect to the relationbetween the shared leadership and team performance.
