Study On Optimization Of The Service Industry In Nankai District Of Tianjin

In 2010, Nankai District was selected the first national comprehensive reform pilot area service industry, and became the only selected administrative region in Tianjin city. The development of service industry is not only the country and Tianjin city's task but also is Nankai District's inevitable choice to change the mode of development, enhance regional competitiveness. To speed up the development of service industry, improve the quality and efficiency of the development of the service industry in Nankai District is conducive to enhance the service function, agglomeration and radiation, improve the level of city. Over the past four years, Nankai District service industry comprehensive reform pilot as an opportunity, strengthen the development of service industry, to build the castle services“leading”,the initial formation of the industrial structure in the service industry as the leading industry. However, the development of service industry in Nankai District is facing new challenges, there are also some problems. In this paper, the selection and optimization of development on key industries, research on how to further promote the development of service industry, especially the key industry to accelerate development, the regional resource advantages into industrial advantages, and the service industry has obvious characteristics, agglomeration characteristics of high, strong radiation effect, achieve the international metropolis center city service industry development level. This paper summarized research method, analysis method and comparative analysis method, comprehensive analysis of the status of the service industry in Nankai District, industrial structure, spatial layout of the status quo and existing problems of policy environment, accurate selection of key industries for the regional development, namely science and technology services, financial services, business services, put forward the countermeasures for the development of key industries, to further enhance the level of service development.
