Analysis Of The Financing Effect On The Small And Micro Enterprises Based On The E-business Finance

Inorderto get a comprehensive understanding that the E-business finance will produce all kinds of effects in the process of solving the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises,and to make the E-business finance provide better financing services for the small enterprises,this article studies the effectiveness and the limitations that the E-business finance solves the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises respectively,it is based on the information asymmetry theory,financial intermediation theory,transaction cost theory.Thispaper introduces the overview of the E-business finance,including concept,elements,the main mode and the development in China;Function model is used to calculate the effectiveness,including the advantage of big-data and cloud-computing technology,the advantage of reducing the asymmetric information between financing,the advantage of the lower transaction costs,the advantage of improving the efficiency of financing services,and the advantage of controlling risk well;The case of Alibaba Financial is used to make a further argument on the effectiveness of the E-business finance;Then this paper reveals the limitation,mainly includingthe limited scope of services,the special risks of network security,technical operation,the limited sources of funds,the gap of legal and regulatory,the credit risk of small and micro enterprises;To makethe E-business finance provide better financing services,some suggestionsare proposed from the E-business financelevel,small enterprises level and government level,especially the government should build an effective system of cooperation and supervision,perfect the related laws and regulations.In this case,the E-business financecan solve the limitations effectively,take full advantage,provide a new financing way for small and micro enterprise.
