| It is generally known that nearly 90%enterprise in our country is the small enterprises,and they have made a high contribution to the steady and rapid development of the national economy growth,optimization of the industrial structure and remission of employment pressure.However,the financing problems are still the biggest bottleneck that baffles small firms' development,and it has failed to be solved by now.The year 2013 is the initial year of the Internet Finance,since then,the small firms took a favorable turn.With the widely use of the digital technology such as Big Data and Cloud Computing,the Internet Finance grow in a dramatic speed.Several financing models,such as P2P,crowd funding and third-party payment,complied with the tidal current lives,and small firms' financing difficulties have been improved by those particular methods.In this paper,my purpose is to research small firms' innovation and revolution under the background of Internet Finance.Firstly,the relevant definition,characteristics and functions of Internet Finance would be presented,followed by its generation background from demand-pull and supply-push angles respectively.Secondly,this article analyze the operational mechanism of Internet Finance based upon relevant theory,which include the typical operation model and logic,and the primary coping mechanisms for saving the financing difficulties of small firms.Finally,I take the Internet Finance hegemony----Ali Finance,to do some case analysis.In this paper,I not only summarized the operational situation,innovation and limitation of Ali Finance,but also take its relevant development models,for instance,Ali Pay,Ali Loans and Asset Security into consider.The research result indicates that the Internet Finance represented by Ali Finance,which is based on digital information technology,is able to satisfy the requirements of 'short,small,frequency and urgent'for small firms,and made significant contribution to it's financing problems. |
