The Study On Performance Evaluation Of Supply Chain Of Chain Supermarket Based On Uncertain Factors

With the development of economy, Chinese purchasing power and the purchase of the demand gradually improve, urban or rural consumers are hardly satisfied with ordinary markets,while large chain supermarket is gradually deep inside people's daily life. Under the impact of electronic commerce, the performance of chain supermarkets went from bad to worse. In the daily operation of the process, each supply chain of chain supermarket suffer from the uncertain factors from all sides. Ranging from the change of the increasingly fierce competitive surrounding, with the floating of customers needs, to the changing of suppliers or environment, all needs the supply chain of chain supermarket to strengthen the ability to deal with it. With the influence of various uncertain factors, it's urgent to solve the problem of how to improve the ability of the supply chain of chain supermarket to respond to changes in the complexity environment.In the academic circle, papers of study on performance evaluation of supply chain of chain supermarket based on uncertain factors are unpopular. How to improve the performance of supply chain of chain supermarkets became a urgent problem to solve,in our study,we look at issue from different perspective. In this paper,we built the index system considering the uncertain factors from demand,supply,operation and environment perspective, through several rounds of screening, eventually build the index system of performance evaluation of supply chain of chain supermarket based on uncertain factors. And then using the method of fuzzy comprehensive to evaluate the performance of supply chain of a chain supermarket. At the end of this paper,in the empirical research, we verify the reasonability of the index system,scientificity of the index weight, and the feasibility of the method.The innovation of this paper are as follows: At first, the index system of performance evaluation of supply chain of chain supermarket based on uncertain factors we built is established with the basis of supply chain management theory, referring to a large number of supply chain performance evaluation index selection, select the essence to its dregs, in a certain extent, improve the index system of performance evaluation of supply chain of chain supermarket based on uncertain factors. Secondly, the method of determining the weights is rough set, effectively strengthen the scientific rigor to confirm the weight, improve the accuracy of index weights. Lay a solid foundation for the construction of the model of evaluation. Thirdly, this paper about performance evaluation of supply chain of chain supermarkets is based on a new perspective – uncertainty factors, this point is pioneering in the field, which is another innovation of this paper.
