According to the purchase and use of authority, drugs are divided into prescription and non-prescription drugs. Pharmacies selling prescription drugs are required to provide consumers with the right to prescribe the relevant qualified personnel issued a prescription, non-prescription drugs are not required. Nonprescription drugs in most national essential drugs, its price has long been state control, price is low and the profit is limited; and the price of prescription drugs for most of the independent pricing or market regulation pricing, the high price and higher profit. In May 2014, China Food and Drug Administration announced the Internet food and drug supervision and management approach to the draft, once through the implementation of the draft, will allow Internet sales of prescription drugs.Based on this background, this paper collects, combing the relevant foreign online pharmacy research literature, and then use the economics theory, competitive strategy theory and the full range of marketing theory, analysis of the implementation effect of Internet sales policy prescription of drugstore chains, finally by way of interview and investigation for the industry case analysis. Focuses on network sale of drugs policy and influence of network store mode of traditional drugstore chain entities, proves the corresponding countermeasures, so as to provide a reference for the diversified development of the traditional chain pharmacies, the transformation of retail pharmacies.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction,describes the background and significance of the content; the second chapter describes related theory foundation, including economics theory, competitive strategy theory, all aspects of marketing theory; chapter three analysis of Internet sales of prescription drug policy and pharmaceutical chain enterprises to bring the influence;in the fourth chapter, the research analysis of the influence of Internet sales of prescription drugs policy on the management of pharmaceutical chain enterprises; in the fifth chapter, the author points out the countermeasures proposed suggestions to improve the drug chain business management.
