On The Investment Decision-Making In Rapid Growth Period Of Enterprise

This paper first analyzes the global gem, especially for Chinese gem research carried out; and then a strategic analysis of the TMT industry, summarizes the Chinese gem TMT enterprise status, and the two typical enterprises: Sunway communication and music network are studied. This paper uses the theory of enterprise growth, explain profound theories in simple language to the analysis on the growth of two listing Corporation, we try to find out the enterprise's growth factors, growth way and growth point, qualitative analysis of business growth in the conclusion. And then on the macro economy of the two companies, industry analysis, analysis of the investment value of companies. Finally, the conclusion of two aspects of enterprise growth and investment value analysis, summed up in the China market environment, innovation oriented enterprises in the process of entrepreneurship and development, should pay attention to what the enterprise growth factors, and hope to give investors to invest in innovation of enterprises need to close the note business investment value.
