Along with the development of industrialization, how to safeguard the safe production has become one of the core issues in petrochemical industry. As the traditional training method is ineffective, therefore enterprises' safety management and safety training are crucial topics for enterprises in high-risk industry. Along with the rapid development of computer simulation technology and virtual reality technology, the virtual reality technology based three dimensional training provides an advanced and direct new approach for petrochemical enterprises on safety training, it has also become the common understanding among various field players. Considering the huge potential of this market, therefore, it is of great importance to design and study the sales strategy of the virtual reality technology based three dimensional training through relevant marketing theories.Based on the status quo of safety training in petrochemical industry in China, this article analyzes the status quo of the existing safety training in both companies and high-risk industry, compares international and domestic situations, incorporates the application of computer information technology in safety training to scientifically apply modern marketing theories. By targetting government, enterprises and local training centers as the major markets, establishing the three dimensional service marketing positioning for industry, region and level, as well as establishing product-oriented service chain to mobilize marketing activities of the whole market. Products- a platform for end users – become a core part in marketing in the future and will be continuously improved through three approaches to form a closed ring structured marketing strategy so as to realize companies' own value.In the end, this article describes in details the establishment and implementation of SSIT's marketing strategy by integrating SSIT's actual cases of providing services on virtual reality three dimensional trainings. SSIT considers government, enterprises and local training centers as its biggest targeted markets. Through a specific implementation of an integrated strategy of products, pricing, sales promotion and channels, and by fostering the capabilities of the sales team, sales training, sales strategy implementation and management of client relationship, SSIT generates good economic and social benefits team and hopes to elevate Chinese safety training to a brand new technical field.
