Research On Enterprise Group Management Of Da Ming Cable Co.,Ltd.

As a corporation strategies researcher,the author gave a systematic research on Daming Cable Co.,Ltd,Ningjin,Hebei province.First of all,the researcher gave a comprehensive analysis on the local competitive environment.Meanwhile,the researcher organized a deeply internal analysis on Daming Cable itself on its competitive features.The author selected two other representative local organizations: Ninglian,Yongjin,as example organizations.Comparing with three different companies,the author concluded the main barriers for Ningjin cable industries: numerous enterprise,different sizes,excess capacity,different business models,competitive chaos,and quality standard unclear.This paper mainly explained the necessity and feasibility of the real situation on the structural reforms from the scattered operation transformation into a collectivize operation.In addition,the paper also gave a range of suggestions on the of collectivize management implementation.In the first place,collectivize management should register for a unified brand,execute unified technical standard.The cooperation should step to the shareholding reform,the operation system need to simplify.Ultimately,this paper provided a theory basis on real world for Ningjin wire and cable industry.
