The Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Biological Pharmaceutical Industry Listed Company

We focus on cultivating and developing biological pharmaceutical industry.Biological pharmaceutical industry has good prospects.But there are some problems:the weakness of new product research ability,low level of industrialization and so on.Operators and investors concern on enterprise financial performance evaluation.In the process of management,reasonable and effective financial performance evaluation system show problems existing in the enterprise.It is benefit for making decisions.The wall's score method is used to constructing biological pharmaceutical industry financial performance evaluation system.According to different importance of index,we give four indicators different scores.The paper analyze financial data from four aspects:operation ability,debt paying ability,profitability,development ability.On the basis,using modified scoring method make raking for the companies.We analysis representative enterprises---Dongbao Shengwu.we put forward rational suggestions for the enterprises and the whole industry and rich financial performance evaluation theory.The paper is arranged for five chapters.The first chapter introduces the thesis background,significance of the research,the evolution of related theory,the view of both Chinese and foreign scholars and the innovation and deficiency.The second chapter introduces basic theories,financial performance evaluation procedures and financial performance evaluation methods. The third chapter introduce the general situation of the biological pharmaceutical industry,the evaluation system and comprehensive evaluation system.The fourth chapter introduce the general situation of the representative enterprises---Dongbao Shengwu.The paper analyze the data from four aspects:profit ability,operation ability,debt paying ability and development capacity.We compare the Dongbao Shengwu with other company in the industry and analyze the problems existing in the company.Finally,the last part is the summary,the paper hopes to has a certain practical significance on improving financial performance evaluation system. At the same time,the paper also hopes to provide reference suggestions for policy makers and managers.
