Study On Financial Performance Analysis And Promotion Strategies Of Biological Pharmaceutical Enterprise

Biological pharmaceutical enterprises should not only rely on technical innovation, but also need to improve management ability, especially the financial management, so that the enterprises can adapt to the development and change of the environment, which is useful for the enterprise technology innovation fund support and enhancing corporate value. Financial performance analysis is the basis and foundation of the enterprise financing and capital operation decision-making, while the pharmaceutical enterprises’ financial performance analysis which is used to reveal the different analysis index correlation and impact of the study is rarely, and its findings lack specificity and dynamic prediction. Therefore, according to the biological pharmacy business characteristics and development needs, it is a problem worthy of study about pharmacy of our country biology enterprise financial performance analysis by the application of structural equation model and the use of modern information technology.This paper selects financial datas from Biological pharmaceutical Enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen in 2010 for samples. From the biological pharmaceutical enterprises financial situation, business development environment, referring to the pharmaceutical enterprises’ financial performance influencing factors, we construct financial performance analysis systems of the biological pharmaceutical enterprises and adopt the method of Structural equation model to establish its financial performance analysis model by using structural equation model, constructing biological pharmaceutical financial performance analysis model, and recognizing on the effect of biological pharmaceutical enterprises financial performance factors of relationship, to reveal the influencing factors on enterprise financial performance, and to enhance the biological pharmaceutical enterprise financial performance strategy and to evaluate the latent variable attribute on the basis of the quantification of biological pharmaceutical enterprise financial performance. The research of this paper can provide biological pharmaceutical enterprise financial performance analysis with a method, which has important significance to promote biological pharmaceutical enterprises competitiveness and enterprise development, to undertake the enterprise financial management and decision-making for a basis, to objectively evaluate the pharmaceutical enterprises’ financial performance, to enhance biological pharmaceutical enterprises financial management level, and to strengthen the financial performance of the enterprise management.
