By exploring the successful experience of Huawei R&D investment from the perspective of equity incentive, we hope to bring beneficial enlightenment to the development of domestic enterprises.In the past more than 20 years of development,Huawei company based on the domestic market and try hard to exploit international market, more than half of its sales come from the international market,it is a real "international" big business. Huawei's development is a history of China's enterprises progress of R&D. From "workshop style" research and development to the present science and planning of research and development activities(IPD), Huawei's exploration and progress in research and development activities is course of now China's thousands of small and medium enterprises in their progress.. In China's current transformation and upgrading of economy, small businesses need to break through the threshold of R&D innovation.On the basis of R&D investment and equity investment theory, the author collect Huawei company annual report data and the date of relevant industry enterprise, after the data collection?sorting, coming to the conclusion that Huawei's strong ability of R&D, to a certain extent, it can be attributed to the high strength of R&D. But the investment of high strength are not the only factor. Under the incentive of equity incentive system, with the implementation of the IPD process is the root of Huawei's strong R & D. Huawei's equity incentive system in R&D investment activities have the function of the engine, under the powerful engine to promote, through scientific and rational management process to remake,Huawei's R&D investment activities have been pushed onto the track of rapid development, It is this interaction with the system of R&D activities to make Huawei now grow into the world's top 500. And compared with, ZTE has carried out the R&D investment in the high strength but it is still not bring good results, this also is the important problem discussed in this paper.Based on the analysis of Huawei under the equity incentive R&D activities, this article aim to improve the R&D capabilities for domestic enterprises and provide useful suggestions and the analysis of some enlightenment. Under the equity incentive system,implementing scientific research and development management process(IPD), at the same time, increasing R&D investment and improving R&D intensity, which may perhaps the domestic enterprises can draw the lessons from Huawei on the way to a powerful R&D.
