With the emergency of the New Normal that our country's economy develops in from high growth to medium-high growth, that the economic structure optimizes and upgrades with from factor-driven and investment-driven to innovation-driven, the business management and development must adjust to the New Normal to reply to the more fierce market demand change and market competition. However, the key is the human resource, and payment management, as an important element of the human resource management, is a powerful tool to promote the realization of business strategic targets. Therefore, the optimization of payment management system, the stimulation of payment to staff and the improvement of staff satisfaction are the problems to be solved urgently. The dissertation, taking the example of BF corporation, based on the deep investigation, root in the BF's payment management practice and development strategy, and applying the related theories of payment management, analyzes the BF's payment management system and put forwards some optimizing suggestions, so as to arouse the enthusiasm of human resource better and promote the scientifically sustainable development of the corporation. It also provides the references for the similar corporations.The dissertation are composed of four chapters. Chapter One mainly analyzes the research background and significance of payment management optimization in the New Normal, and reviews the overseas and domestic research status. Chapter Two based on the questionnaires, does the research on the current situation of BF corporation's payment management from several perspectives, such as the payment structure, the staff structure, the staff age, the staff's working age, etc. Chapter Three analyzes the existing problems in BF's current payment management system. The main questions are the imperfection of payment system, the deficiency of post value analysis, the unscientificity of performance assessment and the weak competiveness of payment and welfare. The last chapter put forwards some suggestions on optimizing the BF's payment management system, such as establishing the scientific payment management system, exploring the new forms of payment management, meeting the staff's diversified needs, building the objective and fair performance assessment system, strengthening the management and communication and so on.
