Since the twentieth Century, intelligent mobile phone and the app store launched by 2008 and 2011 mobile internet technology have being more mature, mobile social application scale has grew quickly. Just a few years, mobile social networking business model has experienced rapid growth, poured into the situation of development, competition, and innovation. But, how the mobile social networking business model works, how to assess the current mobile social enterprise business model and how to innovate and upgrade the mobile social networking business mode have become key issues for mobile social platform. Therefore, based on the basic theory of business mode, study on the operation mechanism and evaluation of mobile social enterprise has become an important to mobile social networking industry.Based on the research of the theory of business model, the paper gives suggestion about evaluation model construction, operation mechanism and upgrading recommendations of mobile social networking business model. This paper start outlines the concept of the mobile social networking, the mobile social networking business model and the evaluation methods of business model. Lately, the paper summaries the related research and constructs the evaluation system of the mobile social networking business model from value proposition, value network, value maintenance and value realization, Then, determines the weight of index system according to the questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process, proposes the optimization strategy of the mobile social networking business model, making that the developing mobile social networking enterprise can get inspiration from it and can get efficient development.The paper also analyzes the operating mechanism of mobile social networking business model. Through the analysis of the mobile social networking behavior subject, analyzing the role of users, mobile social networking platform developers,suppliers and other interest related in the business model, study the value creation mechanism of the mobile social networking business model and find the critical behavior effecting mobile social enterprise value.The results show that the mobile social networking enterprise should pay great attention to the management of community platform, which will have great influenceon improving the operation efficiency of its business model. Emphasis should be placed on the customer relationship management and the innovation and upgrade of the platform. In the value proposition, the mobile social networking enterprise should clear what kind of product / service can the mobile social networking enterprises brings for the users to satisfy the demand of users. And in the value network and value realization, the focus of mobile social network enterprise should be on the users which should take for the strategy and analysis of user behavior, learning the needs of users,attending the user experience so as to improve user viscosity.Finally, the paper summarizes the conclusions and provide some suggests for mobile social enterprise on the business model innovation. At the same time, points out the limitations of this study and the future prospects.
