Research On The Present Situation And Measures Of External Trade In Luoyang

Foreign trade is the important means and channels of a country to participate in international economic cooperation and competition,and it is the core of Chinese opening up.For more than 30 years of reforming and opening-up,Chinese foreign trade has made brilliant achievements,greatly promoting the development of economic and social,and establishing the status of our world trading power.China propose “The Belt and Road” strategy in 2013,Luoyang,as the starting point of the ancient silk road city,a typical industrial city and tourist city,has the congenital advantage in trade and economic development.But at the same time,the foreign trade of Luoyang city also presents some unreasonable places,need to improve and adjust.The paper mainly for the following five sections.The first chapter is the introduction part,mostly to tell the research background and significance of this paper.The second chapter is to review and summarize the development situation of foreign trade in Luoyang.First of all,it is the present situation of economic development in Luoyang,and the modern opening to the outside world of Luoyang,with a large amount of data on the overall development of Luoyang foreign trade situation,such as commodity structure,exports of the main export markets.The third chapter contains Luoyang foreign trade development environment,the advantages and restricting factors.Advantage mainly include location advantages and cultural advantages,scientific research and industrial advantages.The major factors of restricting Luoyang foreign trade are lacking of foreign trade business model,investment promotion not enough,the reform of trade imperfect,complex customs procedures,reducing the demand for foreign trade caused by the economic downturn,less international trade professionals and so on.The fourth chapter is the policy recommendations to promote the foreign trade development of Luoyang.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,first summarizing the above suggestions,then for the content of this paper,the study of this aspect of the future were discussed.
