Under the age of the Internet the company’s internal and external conditions have changed greatly, the company is facing new problems and contradictions in the background of the development of the Internet. The "Internet plus" as a corporate strategy change increasingly highlight an important driving factor, the company is necessary to change in strategy in order to better development. To investigate the effect of "Internet plus" on strategic change behavior, expand the scope of the Internet in the use of traditional industries, and urge enterprises to better integrate internal and external resources, the ultimate goal is to practice, to improve the performance of enterprise, create value for the company, to achieve industrial restructuring and upgrading.The concept of the current definition of "Internet plus" diversified, based on the integration of the current main definitions of "Internet plus", put forward the concept model, and the "Internet plus" concept of measuring structure. Selection of strategic change model is applicable to study the effect of "Internet plus" on the strategic change, which is respectively to analyze the influence of the "Internet plus" on the positioning differences in strategic change and the concept of differences in strategic change, and architecture research framework of this article. The basic research framework identifies three main research questions: first, the overall impact of "Internet plus" on the strategic change; second, the influence of "Internet plus" on the positioning differences in strategic change; third, the influence of "Internet plus" on the concept of differences in strategic change.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign about the "Internet plus" and the strategic change of the relevant literature, first of all defines the main definition of "Internet plus", that " Internet plus " is refers to the enterprise to use a set of information network technology to realize enterprise rooted industry and business module associated network of crossover and convergence, it is a kind of organizational momentum prompted the organization change and performance improvement, and try to put forward the concept model of "Internet plus". According to the definition of "Internet plus", "Internet plus" can be divided into network, crossover and convergence. The influence of "Internet plus" on the strategic change, was to explore the influence of network, crossover and convergence on the positioning differences in strategic change and the concept of differences in strategic change, two dimensions include degree differences and mode difference. Through theoretical verification, found that the three dimensions of "Internet plus" has an impact on enterprise strategic change behavior, the influence of "Internet plus" and its three dimensions on the positioning differences in strategic change and the concept of differences in strategic change has some differences.
