By the end of 2013,the state issued 4G licenses,marking China's telecom operators entering the complete 4G Era.With the rapid development of mobile Internet industry,the telecommunications industry has entered a stage of development characterized by convergence,specified in the industrial integration,business integration,network integration,terminal integration and other aspects.The convergence of telecommunication industry brings new opportunities and challenges to telecom operators.This study focuses on the organizational change of telecom operators,using the theory of organizational change,the theory of industrial integration and the theory of telecommunication competition.,while making analysis on the environment of A company's organizational change,introducing the content and strategy of A company's organizational structure reform and human resource reform,and summarize the effectiveness and trend of change.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part introduces the background,literature review,research methods,content framework and possible innovation.The second part introduces the three theories of the research.,including the theory of organizational change,industrial integration theory and the theory of telecom competition.The third part describes the trend of the convergence of the telecommunications industry,the status quo of China's telecom operators and the impact of the convergence trend of telecommunications industry on the organizational change of telecom operators.The fourth part is the case analysis part.Firstly,it introduces the general conditions of the A company,the strategy,the organizational structure,the human resource conditions,the technological conditions and so on.,while using SWOT method to analyze the dynamic factors and resistant factors that influence A company's organizational change.Secondly,it describes the content of A company's strategic adjustment,the specific content and strategy of the change of the organizational structure,the specific content of the human resources reform,while summarizing the effectiveness of change.Finally,this paper summarizes the research conclusions and deficiencies.Through this study,the following conclusions can be made: Organizational change is an important strategy for telecom operators to adapt to internal and external environment changes;Under the current conditions,telecom operators need to establish a customer-oriented organizational structure model.At the same time,centralized management is an important way to reform the organizational structure in the new conditions;While doing a good job on organizational change,we must also make efforts on human resources reform,letting the two closely affixing to and supporting each other.This study will somehow provide reference on the theories and practical help for the telecom operators to change their strategies under the trend of convergence.
