Research On The Development Strategy Of The Transformation And Upgrading Of Chongqing YR Water Co.,Ltd

Even though China has put protecting water resource as one of China’s national policy,the quality of water environment hasn’t been improved in recent 20 years in general.On the contrary,it is getting worse.In order to use water resource more effective and reasonable,and to improve the management and service of water industry at the same time,China is making efforts to build water group,so that fasten the integration and the process of marketization of water affirs.And eventually China can reach the aim of promoting the sustainable development of water industry.In the background of researching the transformation and upgrading development of YR water limited company,this thesis is based on studying the theory of strategic transformation and development of water industry both at home and abroad.First of all,this thesis has a clear cognition of its own condition.Besides,it will deeply analyze the factors which includes the environment that affects the development of the industry,characteristic of water supply industry,industrial policy and developing tendency.Furthermore,it will use the SWOT analyzing method,which is helpful for the systemic and objective analysis on the interior advantages,disadvantages,and potential opportunities.So that it can help YR water limited company with making pragmatic and operable developing policy.At last,this thesis will put forward some specific ensuring measures,which includes building strategy supporting system,constructing corporate culture and so on.This thesis is divided into three parts.In the first part,it will introduce the background and the significance of the topic.And based on the relative research both at home and abroad,this thesis will put forward the contents,aims,methods of the research.Then the second part will use the SWOT method to generally analyze the external environment and internal ability of YR water limited company.So that it is good for the making of locating developing policy,methods and the target system.The last part will put forward some effective,pragmatic and operable ensuring measures.
