On The Developing Evolution And Transformation & Upgrading Strategy Of The Photovoltaic Industry In China

Currently, the photovoltaic industry in our country is committed to a transition from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market, and the competitive focus tends to turn from technology and price competition to channel competition. From the manufacturing production of raw materials to the construction and grid-connected power generation of photovoltaic power stations, the profit focus of industry chain has witnessed a shift. As enterprises strive for innovative development and industrial structure adjustment, industrial transformation and upgrading has been accelerated. How the photovoltaic industry confronts with the profits reduction, market recession and the uncertainty of development to get an industrial transformation and upgrading plays an important part in the sustainable development of the renewable resources industry in our country.Based on corporate life cycle theory combined with different historic development stages of photovoltaic industry, this paper illustrates the conflicts in industrial chain structure during the development of industry chain. Meanwhile, in view of the current situation of our country, it conducts an investigation of entity enterprises with location differences, and then strategically analyzes the enterprise development under different cultures and local economic transitions. Furthermore, with the adoption of SWTO method and the strategic analysis on the development of photovoltaic industry, some difficulties, countermeasures and suggestions of industrial transformation and upgrading are proposed.In various regional economy, societies and cultures, the photovoltaic industry functions differently in the diverse development of enterprises.According to the development and real transformation examples of three photovoltaic enterprises respectively in Jiangxi, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, this paper will study how the high-tech industry in China comes into being,achieves development, structures reasonable industrial chain structure system, grows into local industrial clusters, fights against the influences of external markets, gets access to great survival and development, presents great significance to the development transformation of weak photovoltaic industry, and provides references for those traditional manufacturing enterprises who will turn into the high-tech industry. Moreover, this paper has tried to propose some countermeasures and solutions, and draw a conclusion and prospect for the whole passage.
