With the national investment in Xinjiang's economic development is increasing, Xinjiang's economy has been rapid development, in the rapid economic development, the economic development of the land demand is increasing year by year. Xinjiang's land area is increasing, implying that the number of farmers in the land is increasing. Originally the land as a living source of farmers, will be faced with the livelihood of landless farmers, resulting in land acquisition farmers have long been in the edge between farmers and urban residents. Among them, the compensation, resettlement, protection and other interests of the landless farmers have become the focus of social concern, and therefore, the social contradictions have become increasingly acute.In this paper, based on the data from 5 counties of 2 cities in Changji Prefecture, 364 households were investigated by ordinal logistic method, which is based on the characteristics of land acquisition farmers' gender, occupation, educational background and government work. Research results show:(1) the gender, age, education, occupation, government work and other variables of the income heterogeneity of the residents have a statistically significant effect on the life satisfaction of land acquisition farmers.(2) the degree of the degree of income heterogeneity is very satisfied with the degree of life satisfaction, with the changes in the income levels showing a "middle high, two low” like inverted U curve change.(3) the government work on the income heterogeneity is very satisfied with the probability of land acquisition farmers' life satisfaction, with the changes in the income levels showing a "middle low, two high" "U" shaped trend changes. According to the complex situation of income heterogeneity in Changji Xinjiang, it is suggested that the farmers' social security market service subject and the psychological counseling work, and the farmers' rational consumption.
