The technology of statistical process control,as an effective method of product quality management techniques,has been widely applied in the enterprise,but many problems may arise in practical application.Therefore,the study on the statistical process control,and how to apply to enterprise's practical production process accurately,which is helpful to control the quality of product.This paper takes the products of cast steel shift fork of G Transmission Company as the research object,the current situation of the quality control of the cast steel shift fork is analyzed in G Transmission Company by using the relevant theoretical knowledge of quality management.The problems existing in the process of quality control of cast steel shift fork are indicated,the solution is provided through analyzing the problem.A specific shift fork product of the G Transmission Company is taken as an application example to verify the feasibility by using the improved project.The specific improved projects for existing problems are as follows:First,the initial sample data are applied to the process of quality control of product cast steel shift fork of G Transmission Company directly,which are not analyzed.The normality test is done for the initial sample data by using Minitab software,according to the results to determine whether need further processing for sample data,then the data is applied to statistical process control,which meet the requirement of normality;while the normal transformation is conducted by using the method of data conversion.Second,in the process of quality control of cast steel shift fork products,a single Xbar-R chart was used to monitor the process by G Transmission Company.In this paper,the limitations of the Xbar-R chart was analyzed,and based on this,the method of combine Xbar-R chart with CUSUM was proposed to monitor the production process.Then,the feasibility of combined control chart was analyzed through the specific case of Minitab software.Some five or six shift fork product of G Transmission Company were analyzed and research,and the results show that the improved quality control scheme can better monitor the production process.Finally,on the basis of improvement quality control scheme,the current situation of quality management of G Transmission Company and the manufacturing process characteristics of cast steel shift fork products were analyzed,and a online quality control system was proposed to point at cast steel shift fork products of G Transmission Company.Then,the IDEF0 modeling method was adopted to establish the system model,and the function of the main modules to constitute this system was analyzed in this paper.
