| With the rapid development of distribution service, the enterprises pay more attention on customer value, which has been one of the competitive advantages. The distribution service with high quality will enhance customer satisfaction, increase sales and enhance market share. Many enterprises make commitment to the delivery time of the goods and services before or after order, and make delivery time become one of the key performance indicators. Currently there are still long time delivery, a wide fluctuation and the low execution rate on time. Therefore, how to guarantee the delivery time of logistics, and how to ensure the customers obtain goods or services in time have been important subjects.The paper chooses the self-support ecommerce enterprises as the research object, applies the method of statistical process control to monitor the change of delivery time and discusses enterprises how to control the abnormal change of delivery time. Firstly, on the basis of the analysis of the distribution service, the paper point out the importance and urgency of the distribution time management. Then the assignable cause and unassignable cause that affect the distribution efficiency is presented. Afterwards, the fault tree and AHP method is combined to propose the monitoring indicators. Then combining the actual situation of the enterprise distribution business, the SPC monitoring method is illustrated. Finally, through the example, the Shewhtart control chart method is applied to monitoring of the actual distribution process, and the conclusion is analyzed.The results of this paper show that it is necessary for enterprises to manage the distribution time, which has important significance to the competition and development of enterprises. And the application of statistical process control method is reasonable and effective, which can help enterprises identify the abnormal distribution service and measure the ability of process to meet the quality requirements of the enterprises. |
