After entering into the 21st century, the rapid developing of the industrial manufacturing can change quickly, the concept of industrial automation version 4.0 is put forward, and based on the technology of Internet of things united forward, these have been pushing the global manufacturing industry can have more automated production, can more quickly respond to customer demand for flexible. On the one hand, can quickly provide services to the customer need manufacturing enterprise, from product development to make the hands of customers, this cycle has been greatly compressed. On the other hand, as the demand of the customers'different variety, the order of small quantity, many varieties will be inevitable, this makes the manufacturing enterprise in the market competition is increasingly fierce. Enterprises want to survive, we must realize the low cost, high quality, efficient fast production.G company from a traditional cottage electronics manufacturing enterprises. Its production mode is the kind of large quantity, high inventory, long period of mode. A product from development to market takes about a year. Its production equipment also are mostly old equipment needs to be replaced in the nineties. Personnel structure is on the basis of the original simple change to come over. In order to adapt to the development of the market, all these need G company to change, and the United States, Michael Hammer and James Champy proposed BPR concept, namely the process reengineering is the best guide change by G company.Based on the current status of G company, order demand management is not fine,the management mode is single, the automation level is not high, the management of the assessment index system is not perfect, the production process reengineering, and the introduction of advanced production management mode-lean production method, the use of JIT, pull type production, zero inventory, and so on. According to the current market of advanced manufacturing equipment to develop a product with its own characteristics of automation equipment. At the same time, with the current advanced computer information management technology, the establishment of a rapid response to customer demand, two-way direct communication of production data information management system. Finally through the G company's production process reengineering design automation, information technology rapid production system, in terms of product quality, production costs, production efficiency optimization, the company in the fierce competition in the mobile phone market to maintain a leading position. Outlook twenty-first Century, which will be the era of industrial automation, is the era of big data information based on the Internet as a platform for the computer. And G company through the production mode change, the development of comprehensive electronic production data information system platform and the establishment of the process reengineering and the organization structure, will be able to win a good development.In this paper, establish a comprehensive information integration of the flexible production system by the introduction of the production mode of the single flow and just-in-time production, the research and development equipment automation project.
