This article will mainly focus on the operational strategy of O2O home service platform.O2O home service mode deep into consumers’daily life, using information technology to transform the traditional home services. As a rapid developing business mode,020 home service market is facing many problems, such as extensive subsidies, unsettled service standards and so on. From the whole category coordination, service quality standards perspective, this paper is based on the theory of two-sided markets, according to the related subsidies, service quality variation, posed hypothesis, establish mathematical model, to study o2o home platform of subsidy policy. Model results reveal the relationship of the pricing strategy with bilateral user scale growth rate, bilateral sides of the user scale ratio, transaction sequence as expected, secondary purchase rate, in-group exteriority. According to the results, the article finally give "58 home" a suggestion about subsidy policy.
