An Improvement Study On Information Disclosure Of The Social Responsibility In X Co.,Ltd.

Faced with the continuous development of world economy in the direction of the globalization and integration, enterprises have relations with many groups in the process of production and business operation as they get a lot of benefits from them, such as resources,market, good investment environment and infrastructure, therefore, enterprises must assume certain obligations and responsibilities when they enjoy conveniences. Meanwhile, more and more enterprises attach importance to fulfill the social responsibility of the stakeholders under the pressure of increasingly strict government regulation and the upgrading standards in environmental protection. In addition, the immediate dissemination of information and the awakening of consciousness of citizen's social responsibility, make the enterprises, on the one hand, trying to improve their performance in the social responsibility, on the other hand, disclosing high-quality relevant information timely, in order to create a good image of the global corporate citizen. However, the information disclosure of social responsibility in many businesses let people down. Hence, how to disclosure information and how to provide high-level information of social responsibility to the public has become the key point, and many businesses are still exploring.On the basis of deeply study in the theory of information disclosure of social responsibility, relevant concepts, CSRD reporting standards and theories are introduced. Then, taking Hunan Haili Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. as a case, this paper introduces the basic information of the company firstly, then analyzes the current situation of information disclosure of the social responsibility of the industry and the company from two aspects, that is, the content and the form of information disclosure, and a set of index system of social responsibility information is established to quantitatively mark the content of information disclosure of the social responsibility, then, points out the problems in information disclosure of the social responsibility and explores the probable reasons from four aspects in detail. Finally, in view of existing problems and the actual situation of the company, some suggestions are put forward, including strengthen social responsibility consciousness and the ability of information disclosure, build regimes of social responsibility information disclosure, perfect the content and the form of information disclosure, establish the feedback and learning mechanism in the information disclosure of the social responsibility.Enterprises'attitude to whether to perform the social responsibility and disclosure information of the social responsibility or not, determines the sustainable development of the enterprise itself. Taking a case, this paper concentrates its eyes on the information disclosure of the social responsibility, and provides some suggestions. We hope this paper can provides some ideas for the further study in the problem and help the companies improve the quality in its information disclosure of the social responsibility.
