Study On The Gem Listed Company Investment Model And Enterprise Value Relations

With the rapid development of the growth enterprise market and the expansion of investment, the growth enterprise market has become an indispensable part of the securities market in China, the value of the gem listed companies become the focus of attention. Enterprise value maximization is not only to the basic direction of operation and management, but also to the fundamental destination of financial management. Enterprises to choose what kind of investment mode, which form of investment model can bring the greatest value appreciation, will be the problem requires business operators to consider carefully in the investment decision. Understand the importance of the relationship between the enterprise investment mode and the enterprise value, clarify the relationship between the two, the development of the growth enterprise market and the gem listed companies is more and more important.On the basis of classifying related literature and theory of the investment model and enterprise value, first of all, defining the investment model of the enterprise, introduces the technical index of investment proportion. Then, analyzed the characteristics of the gem listed companies in China as well as the gem listed companies in our country enterprise value evaluation of adaptive method, starting from the connotation of enterprise value put forward the gem listed company enterprise value evaluation improvement method. Next, constructs the enterprise value evaluation index, designed the enterprise value and financial index analysis model & enterprise value and investment model regression model. Finally, using 36 firms financial data listed on the gem in China between 2009-2013, using the factor analysis method to draw the gem enterprise value evaluation model of listed companies, at the same time, using the regression analysis to demonstrate relevance between the enterprise value and venture investment model of listed companies in our country. The result showed that the technology investment proportion of the gem listed companies in China and positively related to the enterprise value, conform to the technical investment model is more advantageous to the enterprise value.The research of this paper is based on the gem disclosure of financial data of listed companies in China, therefore, appropriate conclusions for the gem listed companies in our country concrete has certain guidance and reference, at the same time, the research about the relation between corporate investment model and enterprise value also has certain theoretical significance.
