Studying Of Comprehensive Transportation To Promote The Development Of County Economy In Hunan

Comprehensive transportation and the development of county economy push and pull each other. Comprehensive transportation is the main carrier of talent flow, material flow, information flow, technology flow and other economic activities. It is an important link of the development of county economy and the basic guarantee of social reproduction. With the development of the comprehensive transportation, the advantage of traffic of Hunan province will play a more important role. In order to promote the rapid and sustainable development of Hunan county economy better during the period of "13th Five Year Plan", it need analyze county comprehensive transportation of Hunan province in advance and find out the scheme to improve the comprehensive transportation to promote the progress of Hunan county economic development better and speed up the process of urbanization in Hunan province.This paper chose some related knowledge about comprehensive transportation and county economy as the basic research theories, focusing on the description of current development situation and characteristics of the comprehensive traffic transportation and economy of Hunan province, thus summarizes some problems existing in the process of comprehensive transportation promoting the development of county economy in Hunan province. At the same time, we take the three main counties of Changsha city, Ningxiang county, Changsha county and Liuyang city as the resource of sample data of empirical analysis, use the VAR model in Econometrics as co-integration, Grainger causality test and effect of impulse analysis and draw the conclusion that the promotion function of comprehensive transportation to the county economy development is less than the pulling function of country economy to transportation development at the present stage. Through further analysis, the current integrated transport capacity of Hunan province can not meet the need of the development of county economy, and we finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. We hope that our study can promote the further coordination of comprehensive transportation and the economic development of Hunan province, and make contribution to the coordinated development of the county economy in Hunan province. Meanwhile, it makes a summary of main research contents and argument points and raises some questions which are needed to be solved in the following researches at the end of this paper.
