| Metro is a product of urban development to a certain stage, which has large volume,convenient time, energy savings and other advantages. Our priority is promoting public transport policy; as the aorta of urban public transport, it is significant that metro gives full play to their social benefits. However, the vast majority of urban subway are perennial red for the moment, traffic and far design traffic, especially at the beginning of the operation phase,how to formulate reasonable fares to attract traffic to become key issues. Synthetically considering price influence factors in the primary stage of city subway, to reach a reasonable pricing become the significant subject in front of us in the new period.This article analyzes metro fares from the following six aspects: transport costs, transport market demands, resident travel payment ability and competition factors, government regulation and income. Urban subway fares as endogenous variables, six factors as exogenous variables, according to the characteristics of building structural equation model and solving them in the metro primary operating stage, come to the most important influence factor of city metro ticket is the cost of transportation at the initial operation stage. To an extent,government regulation, market demand for transportation, and residents’ ability to pay exerting have a influence on the fare, revenue and competitive factors constitute its path coefficient hesitation at this stage is too small to show the impact of the fare,it means they are not significant in this stage, so they were excluded.Then expounds the theoretical basis of multi-objective model, and the demand for urban metro traffic volume forecast are discussed,on this basis of the residents’ travel cost minimization, social welfare and subway enterprise benefit maximization as the goal layer, the related influence factors in subway fares as constraint layer, to build a multi-objective planning model of the fares-set in the metro primary operating stage. Using a metro case in CQ city to verify the feasibility of the model.Influence factors about the urban subway fares-set and the relationship among the passengers, subway companies and social are considered comprehensively, the model of urban subway fares during the initial operation is developed reasonably. It is conducive to thesustainable development of urban subway,thus provides a reference for urban subway fares-set. |
