The dynamic fuzzy rule and computing with words of the store status based on the review are given. The classification of online comments language keywords content by the method of fuzzy cluster analysis. The richness of the language review vocabulary is simplified. At the same time, through this method to establish the factor set of targets.Then, the online shop is described by discrete time-variable universe, and with type-2 fuzzy sets representation based word to analyze the online reviews.
