In the economy entered a new norm, a new stage of agriculture into the background, entrepreneurial farmers to solve the employment of farmers, rural and urban and rural development is of great significance. Given the entrepreneurial farmers affected by their own factors of objective environment and farmers, this paper uses 15 counties in Jiangxi province 587 copies of the questionnaire data, the use of theoretical and empirical analysis combining explore endowment from farmers and environmental characteristics of the affected farmers angle factors entrepreneurial intention. And the use of literature research, questionnaire, synthesizes law on farmers’ willingness to venture and related entrepreneurial behavior in-depth analysis.Content of the article is divided into five chapters, The First Chapter is "Introduction" mainly described the research background, purpose, significance, methods, technical route, possible innovation and shortcomings of the article; "the relevant literature and theoretical basis" of Chapter Two Summary introduces farmer entrepreneurship theories, including Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, theory of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention theory. And the existing literatures were reviewed; Chapter Three, "descriptive statistical analysis of sample data," a paper introduces data sources, and a brief analysis of the basic situation of the sample, including farmers endowments, environmental characteristics, Entrepreneurial Intentions and descriptive statistical analysis related to entrepreneurial behavior; Chapter Four, "the main natural resources, environmental factors affecting the willingness of farmers to start analysis," using Probit regression analysis investigated the influence of different factors on the farmers’ entrepreneurial intention, and to identify the main factors; Chapter Five, "Main findings and policy recommendations, " this part of the research is mainly based on the basis of the foregoing the full text of a summary of the main conclusions drawn, and finally put forward its policy recommendations.The empirical results show that: many factors influence entrepreneurial intention of farmers and farmers with entrepreneurial strength of the will of these factors change and change. Generally divided into two factors, one factor is the farmers endowment, the other factor is the environmental characteristics. Farmers endowment compared to environmental characteristics in terms of impact on the willingness of farmers to start more significant, external environmental factors on farmers ’willingness to have an impact and entrepreneurial role in promoting good business environment may further stimulate farmers’ Entrepreneurial Intentions and put it relevant entrepreneurial action. The study found men, strong willingness to lend, businesses or factories have received the training, the family has several generations of migrant workers experience, a positive attitude to accept new things, not actually start, younger farmers are more intense will to start something.Finally, on the basis of empirical research, put forward policy recommendations to stimulate farmers’ entrepreneurial intention to encourage farmers to obtain employment: Firstly, to strengthen the professional and technical training, farmers cultivate new career; Secondly, transformation of agricultural development, vigorously develop the rural economy; Thirdly, improve the rural financial system, to give venture capital support; Fourthly, improve the relevant legal system, provide support for entrepreneurship policy; The fifth point is improve infrastructure, public service system optimization;The sixth point is improve rural business environment, create a good business climate.
