The Research On The Influence Of Entrepreneurial Quality Of College Students On Entrepreneurial Intention

Along with the economic development and the progress of the society and the college enrollment plan, more and more students in colleges and universities for higher education, the results of plan implementation is conducive to the overall quality of young students on the one hand, but also caused the corresponding social problems on the other hand, the most serious is the difficult problem of employment of college graduates for the employment,not only have a significant impact on students and schools, but also caused great pressure for the development of society.Entrepreneurship of college students came into being, entrepreneurship by creating more jobs to solve the employment problem in a large extent, alleviate the employment pressure, on the other hand is a huge driving force for the development of regional economy and society therefore. Study on entrepreneurship like a raging fire in recent years, but it is a very complex process. So take into account the entrepreneurial intention to predict entrepreneurial behavior, this paper will conduct a study on entrepreneurial intention.Based on the entrepreneurial intention of the literature review and summarize the current research on entrepreneurial intention from the characteristic of entrepreneurs,TPB theory, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial environment in four aspects of the entrepreneurial intention to start research. On the basis of previous studies, this paper puts forward the influence of entrepreneurial quality of college students on entrepreneurial intention. The entrepreneurial quality includes five aspects: entrepreneurial consciousness, entrepreneurial character, entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial capability, entrepreneurial attitude,from the above five aspects of the impact of research on entrepreneurial intention. Referencing organization model entrepreneurial intention(OMEI model), based on the moderating effects of entrepreneurial climate and gender to establish the theoretical model and put forward the corresponding hypotheses, using the empirical analysis method to verifythe research hypothesis.The following conclusions are drawn in this paper:(1)The entrepreneurial quality includes five aspects: entrepreneurial consciousness, entrepreneurial character,entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial capability, entrepreneurial attitude,(2)entrepreneurial quality of college students has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention;(3)Entrepreneurial climate on entrepreneurial consciousness has a moderating effect on entrepreneurial intention;(4)Gender on entrepreneurial consciousness and entrepreneurial attitude has a moderating effect on entrepreneurial intention. In this paper, we study the influence of gender, age, profession, educational background and household registration on entrepreneurial intention by combining individual background variables. This paper has the following limitations:the limitations of the research model, the screening of questionnaire and the limitation of subjective factors in the process of filling in the questionnaire, samples were collected from objective factors of the limitations of time, manpower, material resources,financial resources, the scope of the investigation.On this basis, the paper puts forward the future research direction, increase the sample recovery efforts and the scope of the investigation, to improve the model.
