High-quality Pledged Patents Evaluation And Selection Based On Patent Pledge Financing

With the advent of the technological age, technology-based SMEs have begun to play an increasingly important role of SME can not only make a great contribution to the country’s technological innovation, can also bring great benefits to the economic development of society.But with the rapid development of SME,SME is facing financing problems at meantime.The financing problems faced by SME not only led to the SME’s advanced patented technology can not get enough capital timely,also seriously hindered the healthy development of SME.The emergence of patent pledge financing model,will provide a new way for SME to help transform advanced patented technology into products.But due to the patent pledge financing mode in the initial stage of exploration,there are still many problems hinder the patent pledge financing be carried out in all of our country.So we need to study these issues by using scientific methods, promoting the development of patent pledge financing in our country,changing financing problems faced by SME.The main content of this paper is to analyze and discuss the main problems between financial institutions and SME in the pledge financing process,based on fully understand the existing patent valuation model,both consider the value of pledged patent and the influence of patent ownership enterprises,optimizing the construction of the Quality Evaluation System which is to select pledged patent quality with the background of the patent pledge financing.Then we use triangular fuzzy analysis method to calculate the index evaluation number of high-quality pledged patent selection system,using FVIKOR method to appraise high-quality pledged patent selection and evaluation system,and adopt six machinery companies core patents to do empirical research,finally we recommend some improvement suggestion for the existing issues of our SME patent pledge financing of some.
