The development of big data and cloud computing technology, smart phones, Mobile Internet has brought great change for the industry. In order to accelerate our tourist industry into a strategic pillar industry, our country proposes the building of smarter tourism. Luoyang actively issued the "smart of Luoyang City Development Plan"(2014-2020) to respond to national call. The scientific plan pays attention to people's livelihood and the development of new industries and the building of smart tourism. As a new proposition, smart tourism is a product of modern technology and the high degree of integration of modern tourism. Its purpose is to cater the growing demand for personalized offers guarantees and allow tourists to obtain a high satisfaction. Simultaneously, Higher tourists satisfaction brings tourists increased loyalty and re-visit rate.This brings massive tourist flow to a tourist destination and contributes to the survival and sustainable development of tourism destinations. Therefore, It is necessary to study the satisfaction of smart tourism to improve the quality of tourism services and tourist satisfaction.Improving the tourist experience and tourist satisfaction is the ultimate goal of the smart tourism construction. Tourist destination pay attention to the quality of tourism and tourist satisfaction can help improve the city's tourism brand image. By reading many scholars at home and abroad, this papers inspects research summary and reference. Dissertation takes Luoyang as research subjects and uses Probit Discrete Choice Model to estimate. From Smart Tourist Information System, wisdom of urban construction, smart travel experience and personal characteristics of tourists four hypotheses put forward,this paper studies the quantitative exploration of tourist satisfaction factors affecting. By a series of data analysis to measure visitors satisfaction, this paper try to look for Luoyang smart tourism services in the weak links and provide the basis construction for the relevant government departments and tourism operators to formulate practical and effective strategies and as far as possible to meet the real needs of the full range of tourists and potential demand. Achieving the satisfaction tourists and getting the loyalty of tourists can help Luoyang create a satisfied tourists destination and build a good reputation in tourism. Luoyang will enhance its tourism competitiveness and achieve the transformation. All of these will promote the sustainable development of Luoyang tourism.
