Under the background of Smart Tourism, making the relationship between tourist perception quality and satisfaction and its mechanism of action clearly is the important conditions not only to promote the sustainable and healthy development of China's theme parks, but also to improve the tourist's overall satisfaction. In this paper, based on the concept of tourists firstly and taking the theme park as research object. At the same time,draw lessons from the traditional theme park tourist's perception quality and satisfaction measurement of main dimensions to development the theme parks' tourist perception quality scale under the background of Smart Tourism(20 questions six dimensions of IPSI Scale), using both SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0. analysis software. On this basis, establish the theme park's structural equation model of tourist satisfaction for tourist satisfaction as completely intervening variable. Through questionnaire, statistical analysis and empirical study get the following conclusions:(1) In IPSI scale, the six dimensions of factor loading quantity were perception(0.80), empathy(0.78), safety(0.78), the infrastructure level of smart tourism(0.77), accessible(0.76) and responsive(0.69).(2) The four dimensions of the infrastructure level of smart tourism, safety, perception and empathy have a direct or indirect impact to tourist satisfaction.(3) In the validation method of Bootstrapping as intermediary support, empathy,the infrastructure level of smart tourism and perception also produce the great influence under the condition of the tourist satisfaction as completely intervening variable.Based on the above conclusions, this paper argues that to realize the leap-development of theme park, we must make efforts in the following four aspects: The one is attaching the great importance of smart tourism infrastructure construction with the help of e-commerce platform to realize the integration of six elements of tourists travel, including understand the tourist's generally demands, develop the tourists' new tourist demands, make the tourists approached the Smart Tourism actively to get the new perception experience. The second is to integrate tourist perception experience form different dimensions and construct tourist perception system by tourism platform. The third is paying the great attention on the mediation role of tourist satisfaction to tourist loyalty set up a bridge on both sides with the new media as medium to promote the tourist satisfaction. The fourth is to increase the tourists' experiences of participating and interactive, completely realize the function of theme park. And at the same time, win the tourists reputation, win the economic and social benefits, win the world reputation.
