This paper first introduces the research significance, purpose, methods and ideas, but also on the current domestic and foreign relevant literature on community banks are summarized. Secondly, the article chooses Minsheng Bank Dalian Branch Bilangyuan community bank as an example, introducing the origin of the community banks in our country, and also compared the development of community bank interbank, locked the domestic community banks in the market positioning, and analysis the reason of the development of community bank in our country. Subsequently, the Minsheng Bank Dalian Branch Bilangyuan community bank as the status of a detailed analysis, including financial assets, savings deposits, the sale of financial and other business development, and specific marketing analysis. Thirdly, this paper introduces the Minsheng Bank Dalian Branch Bilangyuan community bank marketing programs, and illustrates the Persil Park Community Bank from the location, type of customer analysis, product structure design, activity marketing program risk control means of some specific aspects.The author compares the advantages and disadvantages of Dalian branch of Minsheng Bank and its competitors, analyzes the entry point of Minsheng Bank in marketing, and analyzes the strategy of promoting the development of community bank. Through the analysis of the details of the Bilangyuan community bank, essentially reflects the Bilangyuan community bank marketing, that relying on property, into the community as a stepping stone by way of undertaking parent-child activities, lectures on health, and various types of theme activities, close the distance with the residents of the community, the marketing integration into the community of life, and then expand inherent customer groups. Because Minsheng Bank is one of the relatively low demand deposits in the national joint-stock banks, the development of community banks can effectively solve this problem for Minsheng bank. But with Bilangyuan community bank current marketing situation, savings accounted for ratio is very low, for profits of the branch with less and less. The reason, first, because the bank's consumer lending at Bilangyuan community bank efforts is not enough. Second, due to the fact thatBilangyuan community bank established a relatively short period of time, customers expandding is not enough. Thirdly, the design of its own product defects. In addition to strengthening the depth of the financial services and life fusion, it would also like to play community bank closer to the customers for the life and the production and operation of the advantages, efforts to strengthen cross selling, and promote the development of community banks becomming wealth management, mobile banking and electronic banking, micro enterprises and strategic focus of the business of the pre marketing platform.The research results show that Minsheng Bank Dalian Branch Bilangyuan community bank marketing solutions through the real test of the market, in the marketing of the financial assets made gratifying achievements, but there are still need to be improved. The research conclusion of China to adjust the structure of the banking market, improve the status of community banks, and ensure the banking sector as a whole to good health sustained development has important theoretical and practical significance.
