X Bank Dalian Branch Private Banking Business Strategy Research

As the Interest rate marketization coming, the competition of the Chinese banking industry is heating up. On the one hand, Relying on the traditional interest income to get the high profits has gone forever. on the other hand, China with the deepening of reform and opening up, the new rich class has a large amount of money, so providing the personal property investment and management for the tycoons who is at the top of the Pyramid is an important direction of development of banking. The private banking business began in sixteenth Century in Geneva, Switzerland. however, the private banking business in China officially began in 2007. According to the economic and cultural characteristics of our country, how to make these specific target customers to loyal to the private banking, and how to make the strategy of the private banking business, is very hard to be solved for the domestic banks at present. Therefore, the private banking business is taken as the research object for this paper, referenced to the economics management, combined with the theory of the enterprise strategic management, based on the current situation of the Private Banking Department of X bank, to analyze the main problems in the development process of the private banking department, to propose the strategies for the private banking department for X bank, and to make the corresponding implementation measures.This paper introduces the research background and significance of the paper, on the basis of reference to the private banking related research literature review, and describes the theoretical basis of this paper. At the same time, according to the existing data of the Dalian Branch of X bank's private banking, and points out that business development problems existing in the process, through the SWOT analysis method from the two angles of theprivate banking business of X Bank Dalian Branch internal ability and external environment supporting the existing business problems. And based on these analyses, it puts forward the strategies for the development of private banks in Dalian branch of X bank. Finally, in order to X bank Dalian branch to be able to successfully implement the private banking business strategy, proposed the X bank Dalian branch should timely safeguard measures.
