With the development of society,China's high-net-worth groups have been increasing.This group has contributed a large part of the profits to the banking industry.It is imperative to develop private banking.Therefore,it is urgent to develop the private banking business.At present,the high net worth people in our country are in the late stage of wealth accumulation.In the future,many wealthy people will enter the period of aging.After 10 years of service,these groups will have a dependence on private banks.Then private banks will naturally develop.Bank of China N Branch gradually integrates available resources at the height of the head office,seeks the best investment channels at home and abroad,and seeks unlimited investment opportunities.N Branch hopes to develop private banking services into specialized services to meet the needs of high-end customers.In the competition,stand out from the crowd and become the leader of the development of private banking in China.This study shows that China's private banking industry has made great progress and as entered a mature stage of development.The competition of wealth management will return to the essence of providing specialized investment finance and comprehensive financial services.In recent years,with the migration of coastal industries and the development of regional superior resource-based industries,the number of people with high net worth has gradually increased in the N region.This has created good conditions for the development of private banking services in Bank of China's N branch.Although the private banking business of Bank of China N Branch has developed rapidly and its benefit contribution has steadily increased,there are still various problems such as imperfect marketing system,lack of after-sales service,relatively single service products,imperfect system functions,lack of professional talents,and subject to branch supervision requirements.This article suggests that the development of private banking in Bank of China N Branch should focus on the following tasks: enriching the professional talents team,matching and strengthening the personnel of wealth management institutions at all levels,implementing exclusive post qualification certification,and strengthening the continuous training mechanism;We will continue to innovate products,build an exclusive product system for private banks,effectively improve asset management capabilities,increase product yields,and take family trust and trust services as the core,and create wealth protection and inheritance services.We will make full use of various trading platforms to increase revenue from intermediary services,improve open product platforms,build cross-border financial service platforms,and build comprehensive financial service platforms.Optimize the customer strategy of private banking business,do a good job of customer communication and referral between departments,set up a good performance evaluation system to maximize profits,make full use of the resource advantages of the recommended agency,and explore ideas to actively seek new customer growth points;We will improve the private banking service strategy,build a comprehensive asset allocation service platform,build a global financial service platform,and create an exclusive value-added service platform.
