China economy boomed in these years, and became the center of world economy, which provides develop opportunity for Chinese industries, together with risks. Banking is the pillar industry of China economy and grew rapidly in this era, but in face of the fierce competition, banks must revolute to enhance their own core-competitiveness to survive.PD Bank is a state-owned bank, and headquarter is located in Shanghai., established on 1992.8.28, and opened on 1993.1.9. Finance innovation is the core strategy of the company and becoming a modern finance services agency is the aimof the company. PD Bank (Dalian) is the secondly-established branch in Liaoning Province, export credit business is the star product, which brings the biggest part of the profit of the company. But due to the domestic economy slump, the risk of export credit rose andthe profit down. So how to monitor the risk, reduce cost and run steadily is the core problem the company needs to solve.This article firstly introduce the research aims, methods, and trains of thinking. Then it describes the problems of PD Bank (Dalian) in export credit business risks, and analyzes the reasons based on scientific theories and methods. Lastly, it provides useful solutions to help PD Bank (Dalian) to solve the export credit business risks and rebuild its own core-competitiveness. This article combines theory with reality of PD Bank (Dalian), analyzes scientifically, and comes to a reliable conclusion to guide PD Bank (Dalian) to develop in the future.Meanwhile, it is hoped that the research result on export credit business risks in PD Bank (Dalian) can also provide reference to other banks to solve similar problems in similar businesses.
