The profits of China's commercial banks mainly come from three aspects,namely asset business,debt business,intermediate service business.The assets business occupies far more than a half of the total profits,in which the credit business ranks at the top position.So the credit business can be said to be a major part of the profits of China's commercial banks."What the bank operates is the risk,during which it gains profits." Therefore,the risk management of the credit business is particularly important in the operation of commercial banks in China.Reducing the credit risk of the company,reducing the non-performing loans,and reducing the loss of the bank are the main responsibilities of the corporate during credit business risk management,which is also the ultimate goal of credit risk management.The research object of this paper is the risk management of credit business of the Agricultural Bank of China H branch.Through analyzing the credit risk management of the branch level companies and the current status of the credit risk management in the Company,we draw the conclusion of the credit risk management of the H branch companies by means of expert scoring method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method,meanwhile,Based on the theory of credit risk management and the actual situation of H branch,put forward the suggestions in pre-loan investigation,loan review,post-loan management,system utilization and talent construction Improve suggestions and countermeasures,which is conducive to the improvement of credit risk management of H branch,the gradual improvement of credit assets quality,which is of great significance to the current risk management of credit business of the Agricultural Bank of China H branch.
