Edible Vegetable Oil Price Influence Factors Analysis Of Sichuan Province

China is the world’s largest consumer of edible vegetable oil, edible vegetable oil consumption per capita is close to the developed countries per capita consumption of edible vegetable oil level, standing on the perspective of economics, edible vegetable oil and the national economy has an important strategic materials the impact on the safety of national economic growth, social stability and national prosperity, has been a crucial factor, however, our country in terms of edible vegetable oil, there are still many problems. From the perspective of listed companies, China’s nearly 64 large oil companies, enterprises have 66% of the shares are controlled by large multinational grain merchants, therefore, the domestic edible oil market is because of these international giants monopoly of grain and oil companies, bringing great risk to become a real threat to the safety of edible vegetable oil realistic potential threat.Sichuan edible vegetable oil production and sales in the country in an important position, because the edible vegetable oil industry chain has been in an open environment of strong international and marketization in the face of complex and volatile grain market in Sichuan, and the current decline in oil prices continue to shock pressure, regulation of prices of Sichuan Province, measures to protect the safety of edible oil, Sichuan Science and Technology practice is an important part of people’s livelihood. Thus, the significance of this project is to accurately grasp the characteristics of Sichuan Province, edible vegetable oil market, accurately grasp all kinds of factors that affect the price, in line with the implementation of the situation in Sichuan Province, and long-term development objectives of edible oil security policy.Analysis about the purpose and status of this study, this paper, research, literature,expert interviews, and case analysis of edible vegetable oil price theory in-depth study,based on the selected Sichuan consumer level(CPI), oil production, rapeseed production(10,000 tons), oil plantings, rapeseed plantings, vegetable oil market demand factors affecting the price of edible vegetable oil, Sichuan Province, built a VAR model, focusing on the analysis based on the price factor edible vegetable oil to Sichuan linkage analysis of commodity markets and its effect financial markets,empirical analysis shows:First, Sichuan Province, edible vegetable oil supply and demand gap is stillincreasing, increase the difficulty of the larger oil province, squeezing excess capacity,domestic production, processing and marketing chain is shorter, and the rapid expansion of foreign markets.Second, Sichuan Province, the level of consumption(CPI), rapeseed production(10,000 tons), oil production, oil acreage sown rapeseed, and edible vegetable oil demand for the presence of Sichuan relatively large impact vegetable oil price volatility. From an economic point of view, the futures price of edible vegetable oil in Sichuan and Sichuan consumption due to the presence of the error correction term and mutual adjustment between vegetable oil prices, however, Sichuan Province, edible vegetable oil prices error correction coefficient estimated value close to 0, this indicates Sichuan edible vegetable oil prices once by external factors, some accidental impact, will return to equilibrium speed will be slower.Third, the paper put forward the positive development of targeted production of oil crops, raise grain and oil companies to develop creative potential, increase financial support to further build the balanced development of the whole industry chain competitive ability of enterprises to strengthen the guidance of national policies introduced to improve macroeconomic regulatory capacity and other aspects of policy recommendations.
