Study On The Evaluation Of Finanacial Ecology Environment In Henan Province

As a brand new issue in the field of Finance industry,financial ecology has long been drawing people from scholars to bankers to do extensive researches from various aspects.So far,lots of researches have been made based on the evaluation index system,analyses on the reasons for the lag of financial ecology environment construction and approaches to its sound improvement.Based on former researches on financial ecology and the current status of Henan Province,this paper tends to construct the index system for regional financial ecology environment evaluation by selecting four major categories of 11sub-data to build a financial ecology environment evaluation index system.As for the research methods,factor analysis was employed in this paper to make an empirical analysis of the financial ecological environment of each city in the province and regional financial ecological environment status were also scored and ranked.Besides,the financial ecology of Henan province and each city is also analyzed by selecting the panel data of 2000-2014.Study found that: 1)From a single region,Zhengzhou ranked first in the composite scores,the main benefit from it in the financial community factor,economic factor,the two credit factor score ranked near the top;Jiyuan and Sanmenxia composite scores in row 2 and 4 respectively,although the two cities on the economy is not dominant,but in domestic per capita GDP,fixed assets investment,education funds expenditure with the respect such as leading the;Luoyang composite scores of sorting is 3,in the economic basis,financial operation,social credit,social development and so on all has the province's leading position,to good operation of the financial ecological environment play a large role in promoting.Jiaozuo,luohe and Xinxiang financial ecological environment evaluation score as the medium,the prefecture level in domestic per capita GDP,fixed assets investment,fiscal revenue,the insurance industry development in Henan province is a relatively good level,but in such aspects as education into lower the comprehensive score of the city's financial ecological environment evaluation;Shangqiu,Nanyang,Zhumadian,Xinyang and Zhoukou ranks higher,the five cities in the per capita indicators of various aspects are all in the position of the relatively backward,also led to the city in more of the financial environment assessment.2)from theinfluencing factors of regional financial ecology level depends greatly on the construction of the economic foundation,economic foundation,the better,the financial conditions index will be higher;Local financial development can not only improve the local financial environment,also through the radiation effect,improvement of the area surrounding the financial ecological environment;Credit to have bigger influence on the regional financial ecological environment,credit environment,the better,financial environment score is higher;The financial sector as capital intensive and labor intensive industry,education,health and other social development will indirectly affect the improvement of financial ecological environment.Combining the reality,Henan finance ecological environment construction and improving Suggestions are as follows: 1)To further promote economic development,improve the financial development environment.2)Promotes the development of financial institutions,financial agglomeration effect into full play.3)The construction of credit system in Henan region.4)The increase of social development such as education,health care industry investment.
