Study On The Safety Of Henan Agricultural Industrialization From A Perspective Of Ecology-based Economy

In the context of worldwide economic globalization and regional economic integration, the safety of agricultural industrialization has become a common problem for nations all over the world. The increasing competition in the agricultural industry make the safety of it receive unprecedented attention. Agricultural security is the foundation of a country’s economic security and an important part of the national industrial security. Morever, agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, and the development of agricultural production set a stage to improve the living standards of our people and the social stability.The safety of agricultural industrialization is related to national economic security, social security and political security, and the ecological economic of agriculture combined with it’s efficient operation is the key to solve the security problems of agricultural industrialization. Henan Province is the most populated province, as well as food and agriculture-producing province. Although a large amount of achievements has been saw, there are massive problems in terms of the security of agricultural. On the background of construction in the central economic zone, the study on safety of agricultural industrialization has become extremely urgent. In this paper, the theory of economic ecology is used to identify safety factors affecting the agricultural industry in Henan Province, to explore the mechanism of safe development of agricultural industrialization.Agriculture is highly dependent on the natural environment, and is a complex system compose of natural ecosystem and socio-economic system. Combining system theory research methods in the economic ecological perspective, the impact of Henan Agricultural industry safety factor system was regarded as a complex system of multiple-input multiple-output. Industrial security issues directly reflect the overall implementation of the efficiency of the system. We construct the Henan Agricultural Industrial Security Evaluation Model Based on DEA theory from this perspective, evaluating Henan Province Agricultural Industrial Security from 2008 to 2013. Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put out based on the analysis results.
