Research On The Financial Risk Management Of Credit Guarantee Corporation

Enterprises face various risks in the process of operation.Financial risk is the most critical part of the risk faced by enterprises.The financial risk seriously threat the survival and development of the enterprise,and directly affect the harmony and stability of the economies.Over the past 30 years,the cases of enterprises went bankruptcy and collapse eventually because of financial conditions deteriorate are common.Credit guarantee companies is an important intermediary between small and medium-sized enterprises and Banks.It not only need to undertake the task of development of the socialist market economy,but also play a role of the stability of financial market order.Business risk is the main business of guarantee corporation.And guarantee corporation is the institutions which operating risk.There is a big risk in the process of corporate management,and financial risk management is one of the most important part.Only the Guarantee corporation carries on the effective management of their financial risk,can it establish itself in the risky industry and achieve better development.First of all,this article defined the concept of credit guarantee and Guarantee corporation and financial risk management,and elaborated the financial risk management principles,procedures,and financial risk management related theory.Then,it discussed the status quo of guarantee company financial risk in our country,and analyzed financial risk formation mechanism of guarantee company from the angles of internal and external.Secondly,this article introduced the financial risk identification methods and the index analysis of the credit guarantee company financial risk identification.In addition,this article established the corporation's financial risk fuzzy comprehensive assessment model by using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)on basis of combining qualitative methods and quantitative methods to analysis the credit guarantee corporation's financial risk systematically and quantitatively.And then,on the basis of above research,it did a empirical research with A guarantee company.Finally,to perfect the credit guarantee company's financial risk management,this article putted forward the corresponding suggestions and measures.
